What Causes Bloating?
As the webmaster for BloatedBellyHelp.com , I have people
visiting my web site everyday searching for information like, what
causes bloating, bloating stomach causes,
bloating causes, bloated abdomen causes, and what causes stomach bloating.
Based on the number of searches, these are very common questions.
There may be those who will disagree, but I believe the answer to this question is the same no
matter where you live. If you look at bloated children starving from famine in a third world
country, or bloated adults eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) in any major city in the United
States, the problem is exactly the same. In one word the answer is malnutrition.
You see when our cells don't get adequate amounts of nutrients and hydration, toxins from acid
waste products build up in them. This build up causes the pH of our bodies to become acidic (less
than 7.0) when they should normally be slightly alkaline (7.3). If you are suffering from bloating
you can easily test this for yourself using litmus paper. First thing in the morning, test your
urine the first time you relieve your bladder, or your saliva before you put anything in your
mouth.
When our bodies become acidic, they become excellent breeding grounds for organisms called
microforms. These microforms are commonly known as molds, yeasts, fungi, or mildew. When dead
matter begins to decay these are the same organisms responsible for decomposition. These
microforms generate waste products of their own called mycotoxins. It is the build up of these
gaseous mycotoxins that you see when you drive past bloated road kill.
In our case, when we are bloated these microforms begin to grow and break down our bodies while we
are still alive! As they multiply, they overrun the good healthy bacteria normally found in our
systems. They excrete their poisonous mycotoxins throughout our bodies polluting our cells and
causing our immune systems to work overtime fighting their invasion. The bloating that results from
these toxins is only the first sign of many physical problems they can create, including all forms of
degenerative disease such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
So as you can see, bloating is not just a frustrating, embassassing, and painful condition, it is
also a very serious health risk. If you would like to get more information, come take our free

I hope this helps.
